課程概述 |
This course addresses the analysis of fundamentally static problems in terms of engineering mechanics and is the foundation of upper level engineering courses. |
課程目標 |
1. Static equilibrium for particles and rigid bodies
2. Static equilibrium of simple structures
3. Static equilibrium considering friction
4. Moment of inertia
5. Virtual work |
課程要求 |
Homework assignments turned in later than the deadline will receive no credit. Solutions for all assigned problems will be posted on NTU COOL one day after the homework due date. If unusual circumstances arise which make it impossible for you to turn in your homework on time, please discuss it with me as soon as possible. If you have a valid reason, you can receive full credit for a late homework assignment. Discussing homework problems with other students in this class is permitted (and encouraged). However, unless otherwise instructed, you are responsible for submitting your own assignment. Copying the work of another student will be considered a violation of the Honor Code. |
